RENOVATIONS

The house was over 100 years old and needed a lot of work. This included gutting down the entire interior of the house, adding an addition, upgrading all the electrical, plumbing and HVAC as well as ensuring that everything was structurally to code.

The width of the house was not too large at 12 ft, however by breaking down all the walls and increasing the depth of the house it seemed a lot larger. Fresh coat of white paint on the walls, light oak floors as well as light furnishings gave the house a roomier and cozier feel.
